we don't send out give aways for free but you can get one in return to some contribution. Typically we reward for example our community testers [1], mailing list moderators, plugin verifiers or other contributors [2]. Xxx IDE and Platform as an open source project is free and as such welcomes help from community volunteers who support us for free too.
